We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Refunds or exchanges are available for rough stones, crystals, and naturally shaped items within 15 days of purchase. If your order arrives with any issue, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or special-request items, including:
- Hand-carved pieces not listed on our website
- Specially cut or faceted stones made to order
- Any item altered or worked on in our workshop
This policy reflects our commitment to providing each customer with authentic, first-hand materials. We do not resell previously handled or customized items.
To uphold transparency and trust, we provide:

- Comprehensive specifications, including weight, origin, and mineral characteristics
- An official company receipt that matches the item details exactly as presented on our website

Return & Exchange Policy for International Customers
We are happy to exchange or refund rough stones, crystals, and any stones shaped by nature within 15 days of purchase. We do not return hand-carved items, faceted items, or any item that we worked on in our workshop because we do not sell second-hand items to our customers. That’s why we make sure to video and photograph each item and mention all the details before selling.
If there is a problem, please notify us by phone or email within 24 hours upon arrival of your items. All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by the bill of sale. Any exchange includes the price of the merchandise only and does not include shipping or insurance. Customers pay return shipping and insurance.
If you need to ship an item back to us, please pack it as carefully as it was packed when you received it. If it was insured by us for its trip out to you, you will need to insure it for the return as well. When it comes back to us in perfect condition, we will be glad to return or credit you the value of the merchandise against any exchange you choose to make.

Return Conditions
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original bill of sale.
- Exchanges cover the value of the merchandise only and do not include shipping or insurance costs.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.
- Please pack the item with the same care it was shipped to you. If we insured the item for outbound delivery, you must insure it for the return as well.
- Once the item is received in perfect condition, we will gladly issue a refund or credit toward your exchange.

Shipping for International Customers
We offer free shipping for a specific amount of purchase, which will be shown at the checkout page. We ship via Express shipping using Posta Plus for a fast delivery experience. Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 days of placement, and delivery may take up to 12 days depending on global conditions such as pandemics or natural disasters. We charge by weight for international shipping, and the final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Very Large Items
We offer shipping for items of all sizes, with real-time shipping cost calculations displayed at checkout. If, for any reason, Air shipping rates do not appear during checkout, please contact us directly. For bulk or large-volume orders, we also provide Sea freight options. Kindly reach out to us via email or WhatsApp to arrange sea shipping. Our warehouses are stocked with a vast selection of materials sourced directly from mines around the world, ready for large-scale distribution.
Customs & Clearance, TAX or VAT
All of these are the responsibility of the customer and are paid in the country to which the order is shipped.
