Please notify us by phone or e-mail within 24 hours if there is a problem, keep in mind that we do not return or exchange hand carved items or any item we did work on it any special cut items or hand carved items we can't exchange them or return them we can't sell second hand used items to other customers that's why we make sure that we take clear videos and images for the item size and look also we provide full details of the item weight and origin we do provide original receipt from our company mentioning everything you see in details on the website on your items.

We do not return hand-carved items not faceted items or any item that we did work on it in our workshop because we do not sell Second-hand items to our customers, that's why we make sure to video and picture and mention all the details of the items before selling. If there is a problem please notify us by phone or e-mail within 24 hours upon arrival of your items. Sorry, All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by the bill of sale. Any exchange includes the price of the merchandise only and does not include shipping or insurance. Customer pays return shipping and insurance. If you need to ship an item back to us, please pack it up as carefully as it was packed when you received it, and if it was insured by us for its trip out to you, you will need to insure it as it comes back to us. We offer free shipping for a specific amount of purchase it will show to you at checkout page. We ship via Express shipping using ARAMEX, we use Express for the safe of transit and for fast delivery experience. we ship from 2 to 4 days upon placing the order and your item will be arriving to you up to 12 days trip if there is no pandemic happening on that time or a natural disaster. we charge by weight for international shipping it will cost for 600 Grams and below 27$ Dollars adding more weight will cost less based on your country based on aramex system calculation for your package the final shipping cost will be calculated and show to you at checkout page.
